Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our Ads Sales leaders to make strategic decisions. A master juggler working on multiple projects and processes at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big-picture challenges. This role offers you the opportunity to help shape Google’s business by leading the central strategy efforts for Americas Ads Finance. You will be plugged into framing the strategic and competitive position on exec-level deliverables such as Weekly Revenue Reporting, Target Setting, Forecasting, etc. and will partner effectively with various team members across Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams.

Minimum role qualifications requirement: - experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Responsibilities include:
- Own, run and improve complex operational processes from end to end that support the Google Ads business
- Design and obtain buy-in for process changes. Coordinate one or more components of change management.
- Create financial reporting for a product area, market, or team within Finance and provide insights and impactful recommendations.
- Build or maintain financial models that track direct and allocated spending, planning, and forecasting for Google Ads Business.
- Drive insights and analysis which support the Americas Ads business
