• The immediate need is for a GL resource to:

1. Guide and validate GL conversions, and
2. Have meaningful discussions with PG on GL data reconciliation — defining the reconciliation process and then performing the actual reconciliation with PG.

This is a highly complex reconciliation, given the 9-to-1 chart of accounts. The role is for a GL functional consultant who will provide support to the technical team.
We need an onshore Financial Lead (G/L) dedicated to the tech track for conversion enablement and to act as a liaison for downstream validation work with Paramount (including guidance on the tailored validation automation we are pursuing).
The same applies to critical integrations. This does not replace the interaction with the established functional stream leads, but rather provides the technical track with the dedicated horsepower needed to move at their current pace.
