ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an automotive film manufacturer based in Jurupa Valley, CA, producing a premium line of protective and appearance films for the professional automotive market. As we build our brand from the ground up, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and own the day-to-day execution of our marketing operation. This is a hands-on, high-activity position for someone who thrives on doing. You will be the connective tissue between our internal teams, our corporate marketing partners, and our vendors, ensuring that our brand shows up consistently and professionally across every channel and every event we participate in. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of marketing execution experience, is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment, and approaches every task with initiative and attention to detail. Experience in the automotive aftermarket is a genuine advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates from adjacent industries who bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn our market quickly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage the scheduling, creation coordination, and publishing of content across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and posting cadence
• Perform ongoing updates to the company website including product information, promotional content, and general content management
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between our facility and corporate or HQ marketing teams, routing approvals, assets, and deliverables efficiently
• Coordinate with creative vendors, printers, photographers, and other external partners to execute marketing materials on time and on budget
• Plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade show participation including booth coordination, materials, travel arrangements, and on-site brand representation
• Attend trade shows and industry events as a company representative, engaging with customers, partners, and prospects on behalf of the brand
• Track and report on basic marketing metrics across digital channels and events to inform future activity
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral, product one-pagers, and customer-facing materials as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing execution experience — content, events, digital, or a combination
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Comfortable with basic website content management systems
• Strong written communication skills — you can write clear, on-brand copy without extensive oversight
• Experience coordinating trade shows, expos, or industry events from logistics through on-site execution
• Vendor and third-party communication experience — you manage external relationships professionally and follow through
• Automotive aftermarket, specialty coatings, or related industry experience is a meaningful advantage
• Self-directed and resourceful — you find solutions and move forward rather than waiting for direction
