Overview: We are seeking aField Technical Support Consultant III to provide advanced on-site hardware repair and customer support for HP’s PC and printer products. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, workstations, and printers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on HP devices.

• Perform installations, configurations, and unit repairs.

• Provide customer education and ensure satisfaction.

• Manage service events and escalate technical issues when required.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in hardware repair (PCs, printers).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
