About Fellowmind

Fellowmind is a leading European Microsoft partner with 2,000 employees across five countries.

We support close to 1,000 customers across industries in their digital transformation journeys and work with a strong focus on long-term value creation. Our People@Heart culture drives high employee satisfaction and strong collaboration across the organization.

The position

We are looking for a Junior Business Transformation Lead to take a central role in driving and orchestrating strategic initiatives across our Group organization.

You will be positioned close to senior leadership and act as a key enabler in translating strategy into execution. The role operates in the intersection of portfolio management, project leadership and business transformation, with responsibility spanning both oversight and hands-on delivery.

You will work with a portfolio of strategic priorities, where annual strategy is translated into concrete initiatives and projects across regions and business units.

The role requires both structure and drive – ensuring clarity, alignment and execution in complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain a structured, transparent view of the strategic project portfolio across initiatives

  • Drive selected strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end, including global transformation initiatives

  • Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and ongoing initiatives, including continuous prioritization and re-alignment

  • Define and implement structures, governance and ways of working for portfolio and project execution

  • Facilitate decision-making by providing clear insights, status reporting and risk assessments

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to leadership, contributing to shaping initiatives and defining execution approaches

  • Proactively identify gaps, dependencies and opportunities within the strategic portfolio

  • Enable and support cross-functional collaboration across business units and regions

The role is defined by ownership and impact – from identifying what needs to be done to ensuring it gets executed.

Scope & context

  • Group-level, international role with cross-regional collaboration

  • Close interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Combination of strategic, operational and execution-focused responsibilities

Requirements & experience

  • Proven track record of successfully driving and executing projects in complex organizations

  • Experience working in international or highly dynamic environments

  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation or related business domains

  • Solid business acumen with the ability to connect strategy and execution

  • Experience from consulting, scale-ups or transformation-heavy environments is an advantage

  • Degree within business, economics or similar (e.g. cand.merc.) considered a plus

We are open to profiles with varying levels of seniority, with a preference for candidates combining strong execution capabilities with high growth potential.

What we offer

  • A strategic role with high visibility and impact across the organization

  • Exposure to Group-level initiatives and decision-making processes

  • Opportunity to work with transformation programs across multiple countries and business units

  • A flexible and dynamic work environment with strong collaboration across teams

Personal profile

You are characterized by a unique ability to combine structure with adaptability.

  • Strong ability to create clarity and structure in complex and changing environments

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives forward without predefined solutions

  • Proactive, ownership-driven and results-oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels

In essence, you operate as a “structured chaos pilot” – bringing order, direction and momentum in environments that are still evolving.
