Finance Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven finance professional with strong technical accounting acumen to manage the company’s accounting and bookkeeping operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator who is able to step up to the challenge in a fast-growing
environment.

About the Role

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities,including maintaining generalledger accounts and preparing journal entries.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities of the group andrespective subsidiaries.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations, prepare Trial Balance, Balancesheet and P&L.
• Assist in the Group consolidation, audit and other reporting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal management reports, includingbudgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with other departments in the business to translate the businessactivities into complete and transparent accounting information.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of financial andaccounting operations and systems, processes and practices considering
  automation and improvement of business processes
  
  

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
• Detailed understanding of IFRS.
• Working knowledge of Quickbookswill be an added advantage.
  
• Excel knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction
  with all levels of company management and personnel.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently
  meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.
