Forge Recruitment is currently engaged in a search for a Family Lawyer to join our client's firm - a prestigious and highly-esteemed family law boutique in Toronto.
About the Role
Working alongside the Managing Partner, the successful candidate would independently manage various family law files from start to finish. The fileload will be a healthy mix of both collaborative and litigious family law files.
The Offer
The firm offers an excellent remuneration package (a mix of salary ($90,000 to $130,000) and commissions on collections - OTE dependent on collections, commensurate with experience; benefits, PTO, a clearly defined path to partnership and continued professional development opportunities.
What You Bring
As the ideal candidate, you possess 3+ years' post-call experience independently carrying family law files from start to conclusion. You are a zealous advocate for your clients and possess extraordinary communication skills. You are a member in good-standing with the LSO and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
