Sun Life Health is seeking an experiencedFacilities & Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships across our growing network of community health centers.

What You'll Do

As the Facilities & Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations that keep our clinics running efficiently by:

• Leading warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distribution
• Managing preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locations
• Coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standards
• Supervising warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamwork
• Managing departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expenses
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
• Supporting remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projects
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patients

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while leading both people and projects.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
