Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree +2+ years relevant facilities engineering experience, OR advanced degree.
- Experience operating/maintainingHVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- StrongHVAC and Building Automation System (BAS) knowledge.
- Experience withBAS design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.
- Project management experience from concept through execution.
- Experience managing/overseeingexternal vendors and contractors.
- Ability to reviewdrawings, specifications, blueprints, schematics, and equipment designs.
- Experience withcommissioning, inspection, and testing of mechanical/electrical/digital control systems.
- Experience documenting work, root cause, and resolution inCMMS or similar systems.
- Willingness to work4 days/week onsite and travel up to25%.
