About the roleÂ
This is a high-impact role focused onâŻgrowing and deepening Fableâs relationships within our existing customer base. As the âŻDirector, Account Management, your job is to identify, create, and close expansion opportunities acrossâŻcustomers, affiliates, and business unitsâwhile positioning Fable as a long-term strategic partner.Â
This is not a passive account management role. Itâs aâŻgrowth role.Â
Youâll work with some of our most important customersâpartnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Productâto uncover new opportunities, navigate complex organizations, and drive meaningful business outcomes.  If youâre successful, youâll become aâŻtrusted advisor across multiple stakeholders, owning expansion strategy and executing high-value, multi-threaded deals.  Youâll be selling into enterprise organizationsâworking with leaders across UX, Product, Digital, and Accessibilityâhelping them scale accessibility across teams, regions, and business lines.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Own and executeâŻexpansion and cross-sell strategyâŻacross existing accountsÂ
- Identify and develop opportunities acrossâŻnew business units, affiliates, and geographiesÂ
- RunâŻhigh-quality discovery conversationsâŻto uncover new use cases and growth opportunitiesÂ
- Partner closely with Customer Success to align on progress, adoption, and expansion timingÂ
- Build and maintainâŻmulti-threaded relationshipsâŻacross stakeholders and decision-makersÂ
- Develop compellingâŻvalue-based business casesâŻtied to customer outcomes and ROIÂ
- Navigate and leadâŻcomplex, multi-stakeholder deal cyclesâŻfor expansion opportunitiesÂ
- Accurately forecast and manage aâŻpipeline of expansion revenueÂ
- Identify trends across accounts and bring insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product teamsÂ
Key qualifications and assetsÂ
- 3+ years of experience inâŻB2B SaaS account management sales with a focus on growthÂ
- Proven track record ofâŻexpanding Enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targetsÂ
- Experience managingâŻcomplex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environmentsÂ
- Strong foundation inâŻvalue-based selling and discoveryÂ
- Ability to build and navigateâŻrelationships across business units and functionsÂ
- Experience using modern sales tools and leveragingâŻdata and insights to drive account strategyÂ
- Bonus: experience or interest inâŻAccessibility, UX, or Digital ExperienceÂ

Pay rangeÂ
$250,000 â $300,000 On-target earnings, the salary band is designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and is subject to change. The final salary is based on relevant skills, experience, and internal equity. This posting reflects an existing vacancy.
