Your Mission
We are looking for aRelationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with clients. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our enterprise clients to boost our brand, relationships and profits in the long-run.
- 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, customer success, or client-facing roles within the payments, fintech, FX, or financial services industry.
- Experience managing and developing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Exposure to payments, FX, fintech, or other financial products is highly desirable.
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and best practices.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Understand clients' business needs and develop tailored plans to support their growth and success.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Promote the adoption of products and services that deliver value to clients and support business growth.
- Monitor client performance, proactively identify risks, and implement retention strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Strive to retain and grow the assigned portfolio while achieving client satisfaction and revenue objectives.

The annual base salary range for this role in the primary location isEUR 29,000 - EUR EUR 36,000 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
