What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.

• Explain service and repair recommendations to customers.

• Prepare repair estimates, including parts, labor, and customer costs.

• Create and process repair orders in the service system.

• Inform customers of any additional service or repair needs found during inspections.

• Process manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable.

• Keep customers updated on service specials, repair status, completion times, and costs.

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2 years of experience in dealership setting

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence..

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $45,000-$60,000 this is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
