Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead fragrance strategy and creative direction to support business and customer objectives.
• Drive fragrance development projects from concept to execution, ensuring speed, quality, and commercial success.
• Partner with perfumers and cross-functional teams to create market-relevant and brand-aligned fragrance solutions.
• Provide insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to guide innovation.
• Manage and leverage fragrance portfolio and scent bank for current and future opportunities.
• Apply strong olfactive expertise to evaluate fragrances, identify winning concepts, and shape creative vision.
• Balance creativity, performance, and cost considerations to deliver profitable fragrance solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate fragrance strategies and recommendations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Proven experience leading fragrance strategy and creative direction for customer projects.
• Strong olfactive evaluation skills with the ability to identify fragrances that align with brand positioning and market needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with perfumers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Strong understanding of fragrance development processes, including execution, portfolio management, and speed-to-market.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity, performance, cost, and customer requirements.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Knowledge of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive fragrance landscape.
• Experience leveraging fragrance banks/portfolios for innovation and cross-category opportunities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate fragrance recommendations, trends, and creative rationale.
