What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and providing helpful customer service.
• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, courteous and professional manner.
• Direct customers to the appropriate team member and help connect them with the right department.
• Transfer phone calls accurately and efficiently.
• Take clear, accurate messages and ensure information is communicated to the appropriate team member.
• Assist customers with basic questions and requests in person and by phone.
• Page or contact employees when requested by customers or visitors.
• Keep the reception area, desk and showroom clean, organized and welcoming.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of customer service, reception, retail, hospitality or related experience
• Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls and interacting with customers throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
