Position Summary

The Contract Specialist supports the Sales and Legal teams for the gaming and systems lines of business of LNW Gamingprimarily via:

• Contract documentdrafting andreview

• Contract database and filemaintenance

• Contractsearches

• Research

• Specialprojects

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents, agreements, and instruments (such as sales and lease agreements, etc.) using standardized templates with minimal supervision

• Understand LNW Gaming’sbusiness, culture, products, markets, facilities, customers, and competitors; and utilize that knowledge working with internal/external clients

• Coordinate withLNW Gaming’s sales team to generate contract documents for gaming/systemsequipment

• Maintain contract database and tracking/filing system for legal documents

• Ensure contracts include appropriate approvals and meet complianceregulations

• Build credibility and create an atmosphere of positive teamwork and problemsolving

• Maintain consistent communications with internal/external clients, including in-person discussions, telephone calls, and emails

• Meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment

• Prioritize workload to meet customer needs

• Conduct research on projects, asdirected

• Undertake ad hoc projects, asdirected

Qualifications

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’sDegree

• This is a non-attorney position

• Paralegal degree or certification preferred

• 3-5 years of corporate legalexperience

• Prior work in the casino gaming industrypreferred

• Abilityto:

  • work independently while functioning well in a teamenvironment

  • apply critical thinking,logic and rationale to solveproblems

  • use computer software as needed, including Oracle, LinkSquares, Microsoft 365, Teams, SalesForce, Sharepoint, DocuSign etc.

  • manage a dailyworkload and prioritize multiple tasks

  • understand general business operations, issues, and dynamics beyond the scope of basic legal issues

• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills to ensure a high level ofaccuracy

• Excellent communicationskills

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, be proactive, take initiative, and ensure follow-through
