Experior Financial Group is looking for an innovative and driven Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI development team. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent automations, and business solutions that transform the way our organization operates.

Rather than building machine learning models from scratch, you'll leverage leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Google AI, and other emerging technologies to rapidly create practical solutions that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the CTO, AI consultant, and development team to design, build, and deploy AI-powered business applications and automation solutions. 

• Develop AI-enabled features and intelligent workflows using existing AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Google AI, and similar technologies. 

• Build integrations between AI services, internal applications, APIs, databases, and third-party SaaS platforms. 

• Leverage AI-assisted software development ("AI-first development" or "vibe coding") as a core part of your engineering workflow to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-ready solutions. 

• Design and build AI agents, workflow automations, and intelligent business processes that improve operational efficiency and user experience. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and quickly transform ideas into working software. 

• Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, APIs, and development platforms, bringing forward practical innovations that improve our products and internal systems. 

• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code following modern software engineering best practices. 

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of our AI engineering standards. 

• Create technical documentation and reusable components that accelerate future AI development. 

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and continually improve your AI-assisted development workflow. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of professional software development experience is required. 

• 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted software development ("vibe coding") as part of your daily engineering workflow is required. 

• Experience building applications using modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Google AI, or similar services. 

• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and third-party software platforms. 

• Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages. 

• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms. 

• Strong understanding of software architecture, application design, and modern development practices. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver business solutions. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for exploring emerging AI technologies. 

• Experience building AI agents and workflow automations. 

• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools. 

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. 

• Experience deploying cloud-native applications and APIs. 

• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, or AI orchestration frameworks. 

• Experience working in Agile software development environments. 

• Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Range - $180,000-$200,000/yr  

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
