Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Software Developer with strong expertise inJava and AWS to design, build, and scale modern cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inmicroservices architecture,AI-driven automation, and building highly scalable systems using AWS services.

You will play a key role in designing robust backend systems, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services usingJava
• Build and deploycloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop and managemicroservices-based architectures
• Design and implement APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Work with AWS services such as:
  • AWS Lambda
  • ECS / EC2 / EKS
  • RDS / DynamoDB
• ImplementAI-based automation solutions to improve system efficiency and workflows
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Data Engineering)
• Drive best practices incode quality, CI/CD, and architecture design
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience insoftware development
• Strong proficiency inJava (Spring Boot preferred)
• Solid experience withAWS cloud ecosystem
• Experience in:
  • working with AWS tools - AWS lambda, AWS API-Gateway, AWS Load Balancer, AWS cloudwatch, AWS CLI  
  • Container orchestration (ECS / EKS / EC2)
• Strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture & RESTful APIs
• Experience witheitherof the database technologies:
  • Relational (AWS RDS) 
  • NoSQL (DynamoDB)
• Working knowledge ofsystem design, scalability, and distributed systems
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Good to Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Python
  • PySpark
  • AWS EMR / AWS Glue
  • Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Exposure todata engineering pipelines and big data processing

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
