Your Role

You manageproject-based B2B orders from validation to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and on-time performance.

This is ahighly autonomous role in a non-routine environment, requiring strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage demanding stakeholders.

• Own the fullorder-to-cash process (order validation, processing, delivery, invoicing) for APAC
• Perform rigorousorder checks (pricing, timelines, product references, availability)
• PerformProcurement tasks (Purchase orders, receptions) in cooperation with Purchasing teams and European Supply Chain
• Purchase and coordinate localtransport from port arrival or local supplier to customer deliveryin APAC
• Manageinternational logistics and customs, including complex flows (e.g. South Korea)
• Negotiate and challenge requirements (lead times, transport, cost ownership) with integrators
• Act as main point of contact fordemanding B2B customerson Supply topics
• Manageinternal ordersfor Service Center and Marketing
• Manage limited Finished Productlocal stock.
• Resolve operational issues directly and ensure continuity of delivery
• Work closely withSales, Finance, and Operations, both in Japan and France

• Experience inB2B order management, logistics, or supply chain

• Background inproject-based or technical environments (industrial, automotive, automation etc.)
• Strong understanding and practice ofERP (ideally SAP) and order-to-cash processes
• Highattention to detail and sense of ownership
• Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable in anon-routine environment
• Ability to travel to France and inside APAC seldomly
