Genesis10 is currently seeking an Executive Director â Front Office Technology Business Management & Integration for a direct placement opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY.
The Executive Director, Front Office Technology Business Management & Integration serves as the primary technology counterpart to Front Office Business Management, accountable for translating business priorities into cohesive, executable technology outcomes across Coverage, Capital Markets, and Structured Finance. This role owns endâtoâend orchestration across Front Office technology platforms, ensuring delivery is businessâaligned, operationally sound, and strategically consistentâwhile eliminating fragmentation across tools, vendors, and delivery teams.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technology OrchestrationÂ
- Act as the single point of accountability for Front Office technology delivery across Sales, Trading, Coverage, and Structured Finance.Â
- Own the endâtoâend integration model across CRM, workflow/orchestration tools, analytics, and execution platforms.Â
- Establish and enforce a clear technology "assembly lineââdefining how tools fit together, where ownership sits, and how solutions scale across the firm.Â
Business Partnership & Alignment:
- Partner directly with Front Office Business Management to:Â
- Translate business priorities into executable technology roadmapsÂ
- Align funding, sequencing, and delivery timelinesÂ
- Ensure technology initiatives materially improve banker productivity and client outcomesÂ
- Serve as the technology voice to the business, and the business voice into Technology leadership.Â
Delivery Governance & Execution:
- Provide oversight across all Front Office technology initiatives, ensuring:Â
- Clear ownership and accountabilityÂ
- Realistic delivery plans and milestonesÂ
- Elimination of duplicative or nonâstrategic toolsÂ
- Challenge "toolâfirstâ thinking and ensure solutions are live, adopted, and supported before being positioned as strategic.Â
- Adoption, Readiness & ChangeÂ
- Own the goâtoâmarket and adoption strategy for Front Office technology:Â
- Training and readiness plansÂ
- Communication and change managementÂ
- Feedback loops with bankers and desk headsÂ
- Ensure platforms are not only delivered, but used effectively and consistently across teams.Â
- Data, Controls & GovernanceÂ
- Partner with data governance, architecture, and risk teams to ensure:Â
- Accurate and timely data deliveryÂ
- Appropriate controls and entitlementsÂ
- Regulatory and operational compliance across Front Office platformsÂ
- Support firmwide standards while remaining pragmatic to Front Office needs.Â
- Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementÂ
- Coordinate across Technology verticals (Corporate Systems, Markets Technology, Architecture, Transformation).Â
- Influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance without direct authority.Â
- Act as a trusted advisor to MDâlevel business and technology leadership.Â
Key Qualifications:
- 15+ years in Front Office Technology, Technology Business Management, or largeâscale transformation roles within a capital markets environmentÂ
- Deep understanding of Sales & Trading, Coverage, and Structured Finance workflowsÂ
- Proven ability to manage complex, multiâplatform technology ecosystemsÂ
- Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge constructively and drive alignmentÂ
- Track record of turning fragmented toolsets into coherent, scalable operating modelsÂ
Success Looks Like for role:

Pay rate range: $240,000 - $260,000 a year.
