About The Client:
The Client is an American-owned company based in the US with offices in India and the Philippines. A tech-forward outsourcing company specializing in supporting the US mortgage, insurance, and banking industries.
Essential Job Functions:
Program, Policy and Governance
- Monitoring Procedures coming due in the next 30/60/90 – notifications to the business units, compliance, risk and legal.
- Tracking, communicating, and documenting.
- Ensuring SLAs are met.
- Monitoring overdue procedures - following up with business units, compliance, risk and legal on procedures that have not been reviewed
- timely.
- Tracking, communicating and documenting and providing monthly reports.
Policy

- Policy process is a multi-step manual tracking process at this time.
Risk Mgmt. Several risk related tasks (7):
- Conducting various weekly, monthly and quarterly risk rated monitoring of the following items:
- Control Not Related – Ineffective with Open Issue Review
- Risk Acceptance Pre-review
- IR/SIR Reassessment
- Repeat Issue Identification
- Issues not related to controls
- GRC Risk Exception Reporting (JIRA)
Training
- N/A at this time
- Program is too complicated currently to outsource.
Exam Mgmt
- Creating trackers, following up and checking in requests
- Creating and maintaining a calendar view of all things OCC/Exams
- Scheduling meeting, taking notes, capturing action items
- Prepping and zipping files
- Runing reports – pivots off the tracker
- Gathering the weekly, monthly uploads for delivery to OCC
- Total years of experience – 8 – 16 Years
