- sell our medical products independently to existing and new customers from the clinic sector in the BeNeLux region and present our product portfolio.
- take responsibility for your designated sales territory, systematically expand relationships with decision-makers in clinics and hospitals, and acquire new customers.
- provide professional advice on our complete range of drainage systems, develop tailored solutions, and offer clinical support, including guidance during implantations.
- prepare and conduct product presentations and represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and professional events.
- monitor the market, market and competitive activities, and implement customer loyalty measures in cooperation with sales management.
- are highly proficient in spoken and written Dutch and have a strong command of English.
- have proven professional experience in the sale of medical/medical technology products, completed training as a health and nursing professional or other training in the medical field is an advantage.
- have solid knowledge of MS Office and experience working with CRM systems.
- have a solid understanding of business administration and an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong team spirit.
- demonstrate a high level of commitment, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
- are an outgoing, customer-oriented communicator who enjoys working in the field and engaging directly with doctors and hospitals.
- are flexible and have the willingness to travel.
- work within a flexible working time model and enjoy 30 days of annual leave.
