- You convince with a clear, best proven strategy on how to best access the marketÂ
- You manage existing distributor relationships, intense these and develop new ones
- To expand distribution channels, you identify potential partners and acquisition targets
- Your passion is selling: around 50 % of your time is spent in the market
- Your second passion is leading: you will guide the European On Farm Solution Team to success
- You prepare a budget for your Business Unit and response its compliance
- You understand the On Farm Market: you know the players, the needs & obstacles as well as the products and can look back at +15 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Animal Health and have a significant network of large farmers
- You have proven expertise in Distribution Management
- A selling and convincing talent is part of your character
- You like to reach goals as a team: you have strong leadership skills
- You are fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
