FEC Project Manager (m/w/d)

In this role, I acted as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders, providing independent insights and driving continuous improvement across processes, policies, and operational activities. I worked closely with teams to identify challenges, ensure compliance, and support effective decision-making at all organizational levels.

Key responsibilities included:

• Serving as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders and subject matter experts with deep domain knowledge

• Providing independent analysis, trend insights, and management reporting to support informed decision-making

• Identifying operational bottlenecks and translating findings into process and policy improvements

• Collaborating closely with TM teams to understand business challenges and optimize ways of working

• Maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, governance, and compliance

• Advising colleagues, business units, and senior management on operational and strategic matters

This role required strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with practical process improvements while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5–10 years of experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management.

• Experience withGen-AI/Agentic-AI projects and delivery.

• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across departments.

• Good presentation skills up to senior management level.

• Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proactive, hands-on, and quality-focused with high degree of flexibility

• High proficiency withMicrosoft Office software suite for documenting, reporting and presenting.
