Key Responsibilities:
- Operate chemical separation processes ensuring accuracy and safety in all activitiesÂ
- Safely handle strong acids, bases, and other hazardous materials using appropriate PPE and safety protocolsÂ
- Execute wet chemistry procedures and follow SOPs precisely to support critical metals separationÂ
- Monitor and adjust process conditions based on lab results and performance dataÂ
- Conduct in-process sampling and testing to ensure process targets are metÂ
- Document experimental data, deviations, and observations with high attention to detailÂ
- Support troubleshooting efforts and recommend improvements to optimize separation performanceÂ
- Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and maintenance of process and lab equipmentÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment aligned with EHS standardsÂ
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in chemical processing, laboratory work, or industrial operationsÂ
- Strong experience working with wet chemistry, including handling of strong acids and basesÂ
- Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards Â
- Familiarity with basic lab instrumentation, data collection, and documentation practicesÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field preferredÂ
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently

Pay Range: $60,000- $85,000 total cash compensation plus equity
