Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor advanced production equipment used in clean metals processingÂ
- Perform in-process checks and adjustments to ensure consistent product qualityÂ
- Collect, analyze, and report production data to support process improvementsÂ
- Perform basic mechanical and operational troubleshooting on production systemsÂ
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and uptimeÂ
- Conduct equipment startups, shutdowns, and transitions between production runsÂ
- Work closely with shift leads and operators to ensure operational excellenceÂ
- Support new process development and implementation on the floorÂ
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe operationsÂ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fieldÂ
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in operating and understanding industrial equipmentÂ
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and quickly adapt to new systems and processesÂ
- Excellent communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic production settingÂ
