We develop innovative plant-derived ingredients for the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. Using our proprietaryOPTISOLV® Technology platform, we transform plant extracts into highly water-soluble, stable ingredients that deliver real performance in commercial applications.

We are a venture capital-backed company based in Regensburg, Germany, supported by experienced industry leaders (formerly at Boehringer Ingelheim, Ratiopharm, and Goerlich Pharma). Our team is growing rapidly as we launch new products, build strategic partnerships, and demonstrate that natural ingredients can compete with synthetic alternatives.

You'll work closely every day with our growing team, leads, and customers around the world. Short lines of communication, direct interaction. Internally, you'll report directly to management.

Depending on your background, you may contribute in one or more of the following areas:

Process Development & Scaling

• Build, optimize, and document processes across R&D, Quality, Operations, and Business
• Improve internal structures, workflows, and standards to support sustainable growth
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement your own ideas to increase efficiency

Data, Research & Product Development

• Expand and structure our product data and knowledge base
• Support scientific research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data evaluation
• Contribute to research and development projects, depending on your expertise

Marketing, Branding & Communications

• Help build the EVANIUM and OPTISOLV brands
• Create content for social media, campaigns, and product communication
• Shape a compelling science-first brand story

Sales & Business Development

• Support the development of our Sales and Customer Success functions
• Prepare customer meetings, presentations, and sales materials
• Assist in advising B2B customers on products, active ingredients, and formulations

Operations, Production & Supply Chain

• Support manufacturing processes, quality control, and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate purchasing, logistics, inventory, and material flow
• Help establish scalable production and supply chain management processes

Office Support & Executive Assistance

• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel coordination, document management, and finance-related activities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
• Assist the leadership team and support cross-functional projects

• Experience in a relevant field such as laboratory work, analytical sciences, quality management, marketing, communications, business operations, finance, customer success, or sales.
• Industry knowledge in life sciences, health, dietary supplements, food, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors, or the motivation to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
• Ideally,experience working in a startup, or a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, solution-oriented, and experimental environment.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, make decisions, and proactively gather the information you need.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset - you take initiative when you spot opportunities for improvement, even outside your formal responsibilities.
• Enjoy working across disciplines, collaborating with colleagues from research, product development, marketing, and business.
• Strong communication skills in bothGerman and English.
