Technical Business Analyst / Product Operations

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery, organization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of our web applications and internal processes.

This role is ideal for someone who understands software development, enjoys working closely with developers and stakeholders, and can combine operational organization, product thinking, QA, and technical analysis.

The role is execution-focused and highly collaborative, with direct involvement in product delivery, requirements analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and product requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and actionable tasks
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, validate implementations, and support delivery
• Perform high-level QA and platform validation before releases
• Review bugs, edge cases, workflows, and user experience issues
• Help organize and prioritize tasks, releases, and operational workflows
• Create and maintain documentation, process flows, release notes, and product-related materials
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify blockers or inconsistencies
• Support continuous improvement of operational and product delivery processes
• Contribute to the improvement and integration of AI-assisted workflows and processes across product, operations, QA, and documentation activities
• Help improve internal efficiency, communication, and execution quality across teams

• Experience working in software development environments or digital product teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers
• Experience writing specifications, user stories, or functional requirements
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving mindset
• Experience with QA/testing of web applications and identifying edge cases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership mentality and proactive approach to execution

Nice to Have

• Background in software development preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, SQL, or web technologies
• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools
