Solution Manager – Data, Insight & AI

We are looking for aSolution Manager – Data, Insight & AI to join our ICT team. In this role, you will lead the development, governance, and adoption of data, integration, analytics, and AI capabilities across the organisation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams, and external partners, you will translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions—enhancing decision-making, improving operational performance, and supporting our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain roadmaps for data, integration, analytics, and AI services

• Translate business requirements into scalable and governed data and technology solutions

• Drive the enterprise data platform and integration landscape (ERP, CRM, and core systems)

• Lead AI adoption from use case identification through to operational scaling

• Own integration practices, including interfaces, architectural patterns, and lifecycle management

• Manage third-party service providers, ensuring ongoing performance and continuous improvement

• Establish governance frameworks for data, integration, and AI services

• Support the operating model, including collaboration with key users and coordination of releases and changes

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience working with data platforms, integration technologies, analytics, or AI solutions.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven outcomes.

• Strong understanding of integration architectures (APIs, middleware, ETL) and enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.

• Knowledge of data management, analytics, and AI capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Structured problem-solving skills and a proactive, delivery-oriented mindset.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners or vendors.

• Fluent English is required.
