The Junior GMP Production Coordination Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) operations within MAPS production. The position ensures that production activities are executed in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory expectations, and operational excellence standards. This role is ideal for someone early in their GMP career who wants to grow into production coordination, quality oversight, or operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Deviation & CAPA Management — Coordinates, tracks, and documents deviations and CAPAs related to MAPS production, ensuring timely closure, root‑cause analysis quality, and alignment with GMP requirements.
  • Mix‑up SOP Monitoring — Oversees the implementation and effectiveness of Mix‑up prevention SOPs within MAPS operations, including field applicability checks and feedback to process owners.
  • MAPS Master Data & Work Order Management — Maintains accurate master data, creates and manages work orders, and ensures data integrity across production systems.
  • TIER Participation & Production Team Support — Actively participates in TIER meetings, supports daily production supervision activities, and contributes to performance tracking and issue escalation.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in a science related field.
  • A first experience working within a GMP environment is considered a plus
  • Fluent communication skills in both French and English is mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail — Ability to maintain accurate records and spot inconsistencies.
  • Problem‑Solving — Supports root‑cause analysis and CAPA development.
  • A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
