Courier Driver - Sample Collection

We are seeking areliable and motivated Courier Driver to join ourFood team inDandenong South, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for thedaily collection and delivery of samples from various locations, includingcity commute areas andregional countryside locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation to our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and transport samplesdaily from multiple sites acrossmetropolitan areas andregional locations to our laboratory in Dandenong South.

• Ensureproper handling, packaging, and documentation of all samples to maintain quality and compliance.

• Performbasic administrative tasks such as sample registration, data entry viaLIMS, and labelling when required.

• Plan and manageefficient driving routes to meet scheduled collection and delivery times.

• Conductregular vehicle inspections and ensure the courier vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards.

• Follow allsafety protocols and regulatory guidelines while handling and transporting samples.

• Assist with occasional administrative and delivery-related tasks as required.

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent TAFE qualification 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 Kg
• Previous experience in courier driving or sample pickup preferred
• Experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus
• Familiarity with laboratory environments beneficial but not required
