Kiểm tra báo cáo trước khi gửi cho khách hàng /Check reports before issuing to customer

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Kiểm tra tất cả thông tin bao gồm chỉ định kiểm nghiệm, yêu cầu của khách hàng, giao thức hoặc hướng dẫn, kết quả kiểm tra từ phòng kiểm nghiệm, v.v. để sửa báo cáo đã đánh máy trước khi phát hành cho khách hàng.

• Trao đổi với các bên liên quan để làm rõ tất cả thông tin để hiển thị trên báo cáo một cách chính xác.

• Đảm bảo phát hành báo cáo đúng hạn.

• Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

• Check all information include test assignment, client’s requirement, protocol or manual, test result from lab, etc. to correct typed report before issuing to customer.

• Communicate with relevant parties to clarify all information to show on report correctly.

• Ensure to issue report on time.

• Other assignments upon request from superiors.

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong công việc liên quan đến may mặc, dệt may, giày dép, đồ chơi hoặc dịch vụ kiểm nghiệm; ưu tiên kiểm tra báo cáo hóa chất./ At least 2-year experience in job related to garment, textile, footwear, toy, or testing service; checking chemical reports is preferable.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major)

• Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân chuyên ngành Hóa học hoặc tương đương/ Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry or equivalent 

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills)

• Tiếng Anh (Đọc & Viết)/English (Reading & Writing)

Khác (Others)

• Tin học văn phòng/ MS Office

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp /Communication skill
