HR Partner - Temporary Position

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, talent strategy, and change initiatives.
• Lead key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and employee development.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and a strong employee experience.
• Provide trusted HR guidance on employee relations and organizational challenges.
• Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support the full employee lifecycle and collaborate on impactful people programs.

This is a temporary position for one year. 

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and business teams (Sales/GTM experience – an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment compliance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic environment.
• Interest and experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR effectiveness.
