Assistant, Loans & Credit Operations

You will be responsible for performing property discharge, as well as loan processing of Commercial Loans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle Property Discharge Transactions

• Contact Solicitors for any discrepancy on Discharge Instructions

• Arrange to release Title Deeds to Solicitors

• Handle drawdown, rollover and settlement of Term Loan

• Back-up for other Loan Operational Function within / Cross Team

• Take up any ad hoc assignments from Supervisor / Manager

Incumbent Requirements:

• Matriculated or above

• Minimum 1 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations

• Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles

• Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
