Purpose and main priorities of the role:

We are looking for ahigh-potential, hands-on Business Controller to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A activities forPolitape Group, a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives BU.

This is akey role in a post-acquisition environment, where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical. The ideal candidate isanalytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with the ability to operate both at atransactional level and in business partnering.

You will be responsible forend-to-end financial control and performance monitoring of the Politape business, working closely with local teams in Germany and the BU Finance team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ownmonthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis;
• Ensureaccuracy and reliability of financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow);
• Drivebudgeting and forecasting processes;
• Performdeep-dive analysis on margins, costs, and operational KPIs;
• Monitor and improveinventory and working capital;
• Supportcash flow analysis and tracking;
• Work closely with plants and operations to ensurealignment between financials and industrial performance;
• Identify and implementimprovements in tools, processes, and reporting quality.

The attitude and the skills we are looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience incontrolling, FP&A, or consulting;
• Experience in afast-paced or private equity environment is a strong plus;
• Stronganalytical mindset with attention to detail ;
• Hands-on attitude: comfortable working on both transactional and analytical tasks;
• Proactive and motivated, with acontinuous improvement mindset;
• Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus);

• Fluent in English and German (Italian is a plus);
• Availability totravel frequently between HQ (Milan) and production sites in Germany.
