About the Role
Responsible for leveraging new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to generate innovative products, services and / or business models so as to provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities1. TechnologyForecastingandEvaluation:
o StayabreastofnewandemerginggenerativeAItechnologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
o Lead the evaluation and integration of diverse AI platforms (includingbutnotlimitedtoDeepSeek,OpenAI,MicrosoftAzure AI, Ali/Tencent, and popular open source ecosystems) into the Enterprise Architecture.
2. Design&ImplementationofAgenticWorkflows:
o Leadthedesign,development,andimplementationofadvanced “agentic workflows” that harness principles from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, logic, and decision theory.
o Overseebothstrategic planning and hands-on prototyping to enableinnovativesolutionsthatincorporateAIreasoningand decision-making capabilities.
3. InnovationLeadershipandUseCaseIncubation:
o Driveinnovationthroughideationsessionsanddesignthinking workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases.
Develop comprehensive business cases and manage pilot programsthatvalidateandrefinetheseAI-driveninitiativesbefore wideradoption.
4. EnterpriseArchitectureRoadmap:
o Define the future-state architecture that marries traditional IT disciplines with generative AI capabilities, ensuring that the roadmapreflectsbothcurrentbusinessneedsandfuturegrowthopportunities.
o Formulatetechnologyroadmapsthatcreateacompetitive advantage through emerging AI, cloud, and integrationtechnologies.
5. StakeholderandChangeManagement:
o Collaboratewithregionalbusinessunits,cross-functionalteams, and external partners to ensure alignment on architecture standards and AI innovation initiatives.
o Leadchangemanagementandstakeholderengagementeffortsto promote adoption and ensure smooth transitions as new technologies are implemented.
6. Technical&StrategicIntegration:
o Contribute to strategic discussions on improving customer experience,usability,anddigitaltransformationthroughinnovative AI solutions.
o EnsurethatAIinitiativesarealignedwithbroaderenterprisegoals while maintaining a balance between creative innovation and technical depth.
