THE JOB: 

The Bellagio Baggage Handler is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service consistent with the Company’s core service standards and brand attributes.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and createWOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:  $20.1824 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage the baggage compound by collecting bags from belt systems
• Organize bags into designated grids according to luggage tags, and retrieve them upon request
• Assist with handling luggage for hotel groups, ensuring prompt delivery and retrieval as needed
• Ensure a tidy work environment that enhances guest and staff experiences
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s service standards and brand values

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six (6) months of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
• Prior experience with property-wide valet and baggage systems preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
