About the Role: What You'll DoÂ
• Provide excellent customer service in response to elevated and complex P&CÂ
inquiries from employees, P&C business partners, and managers via multiple intakeÂ
methods such as email, chat, phone, or ticketing systemsÂ
• Handle inquiries with accuracy and speed by using knowledge guides and resourcesÂ
found in multiple HR systemsÂ
• Apply a case tool to record all inquiries, customer details, case information, andÂ
updates. Communicate resolutions to the requester or raise more complex issuesÂ
to the right team.Â
• Carry out employee data updates directly, including bulk EIB imports into theÂ
Workday system, and offer validation for business process data mappingÂ
• Handle critical issues from Tier 1 and apply the case tool to document inquiries,Â
customer information, case data, updates, and communicate resolutions to theÂ
requester.Â
• Complete People & Culture transactions and data reporting using Workday andÂ
other systemsÂ
• Handle elevated and advanced requests, updating employee data, and assistingÂ
employees directly by performing consultative actions or through third-partyÂ
vendorsÂ
• Maintain keen attention to detail and a drive for ongoing improvement of People &Â
Culture systems, processes, and reportsÂ
• Support your assigned region, working within the relevant shift pattern and hours toÂ
provide support to your stakeholders accordingly.Â
What We're Looking ForÂ
• 2+ years of experience operating within a P&C Tier 1 customer care environmentÂ
• Acute knowledge of local benefits, talent acquisition, and Workday dataÂ
maintenance processes and policiesÂ
• Verified experience in managing detailed issues effectively and swiftlyÂ
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle advanced requestsÂ

• Experience handling large-scale EIB loads and verifying business process dataÂ
mapping in WorkdayÂ
• Strong advisory skills and ability to assist employees directly or through third-partyÂ
