THE JOB:

Elevate the guest experience as a Fitness Instructor at Bellagio, where wellness meets luxury. You’ll create an energizing, welcoming environment, guiding guests through personalized fitness experiences designed to promote strength, movement, balance, and overall well-being. By understanding each guest’s unique needs, fitness levels, and goals, you’ll help create engaging experiences that inspire confidence and leave a lasting impression. THE STARTING RATE: $16.00, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

• Provide services including but not limited to, follow directions thoroughly, multitask in various situations, understand guest service needs, work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data

• Maintain a working knowledge of all fitness equipment in the fitness area, retail and be informed of the latest trends and techniques

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a fitness instructor

• Certified Fitness Instructor Certification

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
