• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist Service Department customers.
• Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and service appointments.
• Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and general dealership needs.
• Help customers understand and set upBluetooth connectivity, smartphone pairing, and BMW ConnectedDrive features.
• Demonstrate basic vehicle technology and help customers become comfortable with their BMW's features.
• Perform vehicle inspections and help maintain a clean, organized service area.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and standards when operating customer vehicles.

What You'll Bring

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable operating both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles.
• Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology.
• Proficient inBluetooth, smartphones, apps, and vehicle connectivity.
• Interest in learning BMW products, features, and technology.
• Punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• We desire previous dealership, automotive, customer service, or vehicle-related experience, but we are willing to train you.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $23.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
