- Own and drivePCIe/CXL subsystem micro architecture definition, RTL implementation, and integration
- Collaborate closely withArchitecture teams to translate requirements into robust RTL designs
- Work withDesign Verification teams on testâplan reviews, debug, and coverage closure
- Partner withPhysical Design and DFT teams to ensure PDâfriendly and DFTâready RTL
- Supportsilicon bringâup and postâsilicon debug, working with firmware and validation teams
- Drive design quality improvements, coding best practices, and reuse across projects
- Participate in design reviews, milestone reviews, and crossâfunctional technical discussions
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical leadership within the PCIe/CXL design domain
What We're Looking For
- Masterâs/Bachelorâs degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with18+ years of relevant experience in RTL design
- Experience onendâtoâend PCIe/CXL subsystem RTL design execution and signâoff
- Proven experience deliveringcomplex PCIe/CXL IP or subsystems from architecture through RTL closure
- Strong handsâon experience inSystemVerilog / Verilog RTL development
- Expertise inPCIe protocol architecture including link, transaction, and PHY interaction layers
- Strong understanding ofCXL.io, CXL.cache, and CXL.mem architectures
- Deep knowledge ofARMâbased SoC integration andAMBA protocols (AXIâ4, CHI, ACE)
- Experience designing highâperformance, lowâlatency data paths and handling ordering, coherency, and error mechanisms
- Solid grasp of Clocking, Resets, CDC/RDC, lowâpower techniques, and performance optimization
- Experience supportinglint, CDC/RDC, synthesis, and design signâoff flows
- Proficient in debugging functional and performance issues at subsystem and SoC levels
- Experience using industryâstandard EDA tools fromSynopsys, Cadence, Mentor/Siemens
- Proficient in scripting languages such asTcl / Perl / Python
- Experience withversion control systems such as GIT, SVN, etc.
