The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to shape how cyber security is adopted across a large and complex enterprise. Working within the Cyber Centre of Excellence, you will partner across Cyber, Technology, Risk and the broader business to reduce delivery friction, improve the consistency of cyber advice and translate cyber strategy into practical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Security Advisor function into a cyber adoption and enablement capability.

• Drive the adoption of secure practices, reusable patterns, guardrails, playbooks and self-service guidance.

• Partner with business and technology teams to encourage early cyber engagement and support secure delivery.

• Improve the clarity, accessibility and consistency of cyber guidance and engagement pathways.

• Identify adoption barriers and recurring pain points, and use stakeholder feedback to inform improvements.

• Develop practical guidance, templates, decision aids and communications that uplift cyber capability.

• Establish adoption measures and provide reporting and insights to support continuous improvement.

About You

You are a collaborative and influential professional who can connect cyber strategy with practical business outcomes. You simplify complex concepts, build trusted relationships and help teams adopt new ways of working.

You will bring:

• Experience in cyber security, technology risk, security advisory, cyber transformation or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience leading adoption, capability uplift, organisational change or operating model initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology teams.

• The ability to translate technical cyber concepts into clear, practical and business-friendly guidance.

• Experience creating playbooks, frameworks, templates, communications or reusable approaches.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reducing friction and improving user experience.

• Experience using adoption measures, feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Experience working in a large and complex enterprise environment will be highly regarded.
