HVAC Maintenance Technician –AMLI Arts Center(Atlanta, GA)

Looking for a new opportunity as a maintenance professional?AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.

This hands-on role is ideal for an experiencedapartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, includingHVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
• CompleteHVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort
• Ensure all vacated apartments are restored tomake-ready condition with strong attention to detail
• Respond promptly toservice requests, includingair conditioning and HVAC-related issues
• Participate in anon-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Conduct inspections and assist withpreventative maintenance, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly managetools, equipment, and inventory

Qualifications:

• Minimum1 year of experience inapartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance
• EPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required
• Experience withHVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and completebasic to intermediate HVAC repairs independently
• Availability foron-call and weekend rotation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
