Business Manager - NT mlcoa

We’re looking for a Business Manager to lead our mlcoa operations in the NT. You’ll support a customer service team, build strong relationships with clients and work closely with senior leaders to drive exceptional service and business growth.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

• Lead, support and develop the Customer Service team to deliver a consistently high standard of service
• Oversee daily activities, workloads and service delivery to support team productivity and efficiency
• Build strong, trusted relationships with NT customers through proactive engagement, training and ongoing support
• Monitor service standards and ensure client SLAs and contractual requirements are met
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members
• Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to support business growth initiatives
• Monitor customer and industry trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Promote strong governance, quality and compliance across day-to-day operations
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team environment.

What we're looking for

• Leadership experience within a medical or related industry, with exposure to commercial and operational service delivery
• Demonstrated customer relationship management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused approach
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• A supportive and values-led leadership style
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
