Logistic Base Manager, Baku

• Manage day-to-dayLogistics Base operations, ensuring adequate facilities, manpower, equipment, and capacity.
• Plan and coordinate themovement, handling, storage, and delivery of drilling equipment, tubulars, consumables, chemicals, bulk materials, spare parts, and other cargo.
• Coordinate logistics requirements withDrilling, Marine, Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Aviation, Projects, and offshore teams.
• Managewarehouse, yard, pipe-yard, and jetty operations.
• Coordinate vessel scheduling, berthing, loading/unloading, and cargo transfers.
• Ensure timely logistics support fordrilling operations, including mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
• Maintain Base readiness and logistics capacity in line with the drilling programme.
• Coordinate cargo forecasts, material availability, and critical logistics activities.
• Identify and resolve logistics constraints that could impact offshore operations.
• Manage Base contractors and subcontractors, monitoringperformance, KPIs, costs, and resource availability.
• Monitor cargo throughput, vessel turnaround, material availability, capacity, costs, and logistics delays.
• Driveefficiency, cost optimisation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage supply-vessel and jetty operations and optimise vessel turnaround.
• Maintain effective interfaces with Marine Operations and other operational stakeholders.
• Provide operational input tologistics tenders, contracts, budgets, and contractor evaluations.
• Maintain contingency arrangements and operational readiness for critical activities and changes to the drilling programme.
• Monitor operational and safety performance indicators and provide regular reports to Logistics Management.
• Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies HSE requirements, risk controls, andControl of Work / Permit to Work processes.
• Promote a strong HSE culture and maintain appropriate emergency preparedness.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and participate in inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Exercise authority tosuspend activities where there is an actual or potential threat to personnel, installations, cargo, or the environment.

• University degree or equivalent qualification inEngineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum10 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience inlogistics, operational environments, and contractor management is highly desirable.
• Experience withlifting and material-handling safety, including understanding of lifting operations.
• Experience withtraffic management and vehicle safety in operational or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge ofPermit to Work, Control of Work, and risk assessment processes.
• Experience inincident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Ability to manage warehouse, yard, pipe-yard, jetty, cargo, and vessel-related operations.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders acrossDrilling, Marine, Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Aviation, Projects, and offshore operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Autonomous, accountable, well-organised, and results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Fluent English; Azerbaijani is an advantage and may be required for effective site communication.
• Adequate IT skills, includingMS Office and relevant reporting/action-tracking systems.
• Strong commitment toHSE, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
