We are looking for an experiencedSolutions Architect – Scrum Master to lead solution architecture and agile delivery for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with agile project management, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions from design through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.

• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and solution architecture.

• 8+ years of experience withMicrosoft Power Platform and/orMicrosoft Dynamics 365.

• 3+ years in a dual role asSolutions Architect andScrum Master in agile environments.

• Strong experience withAzure DevOps (ADO), DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks.

• Experience inAI implementation/integration is highly preferred.

• Knowledge ofGIS platforms andITIL v4 is a plus.

• Agile and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution, backlog management, and team delivery.

• Serve as the key problem-solver for project risks, blockers, and technical challenges.

• Guide development teams on architecture best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.

• Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption to improve delivery efficiency.

• Manage technical documentation, deployment plans, security compliance, and disaster recovery plans.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives and support continuous innovation.

Work Schedule:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
