👋What are our wishes?

We are seeking an experiencedAnalytics Data Build and Visualization Developer to design and deliver high-impact analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This role is responsible for building scalable end-to-end analytics products, primarily leveraging theMicrosoft Power Platform, with a strong focus onPower BI.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in bothdata engineering and visualization, transforming complex data structures into actionable insights while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This is a remote international role with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum10 years of professional experience in analytics, with a strong focus on data engineering and data visualization.

  • At least5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.

  • Minimum3 years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong proficiency inSQL, DAX, and Power Query (M Language).

  • Solid experience in designing and optimizing ETL pipelines and data models.

  • Experience withAzure DevOps (ADO) or similar project delivery tools.

  • Strong understanding of data quality management and analytics governance.

  • Exposure toAI-powered analytics components is an advantage.

  • Knowledge ofdata warehouse methodologies anddata lake architectures is a plus.

  • Experience working withGeographic Information Systems (GIS) or open-source GIS platforms is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • High level of accountability and strong work ethic.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate

Location Requirement

  • Candidates must becurrently based outside of the Philippines. This role is intended for international hiring only, as required by the client.


💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Modeling

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of local and enterprise-level data models for analytics solutions.

  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines across multiple data sources and application ecosystems.

  • Optimize data models and query performance for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Develop and monitor data quality dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, metrics, apps, and workspace objects using Power BI.

  • Build advanced analytics products such as forecasting models, prescriptive analytics, and sentiment analysis solutions.

  • Create and maintain data catalogs and monitoring frameworks for analytics assets.

Security & Governance

  • Design and implement secure data access models, including dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS).

  • Develop protocols for seamless user access management and BI governance.

  • Collaborate on data-sharing policies, standards, and integration strategies.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.

  • Apply UI/UX best practices and analytics design principles in product development.

  • Facilitate demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-deployment hypercare support.

  • Participate in Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
Employment Type: Project-based (1-year project engagement, subject to extension)
