We are looking for an experiencedGeospatial Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS applications and geospatial services. The ideal candidate has strong expertise inEsri technologies, geospatial application development, cloud integration, and spatial data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least7 years of experience in geospatial application development and enterprise GIS support.

• Strong experience withEsri technologies, including:

  • ArcGIS Enterprise

  • ArcGIS Server

  • ArcGIS Pro

  • ArcGIS Online

  • ArcPy

  • ArcGIS REST API

  • ArcGIS API for Python

  • ArcGIS API for JavaScript

• Proficiency inPython and geospatial libraries such as GeoPandas, Shapely, Rasterio, GDAL/OGR, and Fiona.

• Experience with spatial databases such asPostgreSQL/PostGIS.

• Familiarity with open-source GIS tools includingQGIS, GeoServer, and MapServer.

• Experience building geospatial web applications using technologies such asReact, Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox GL JS, or MapLibre.

• Experience designing and implementing geospatial APIs and automation frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of spatial data services, coordinate reference systems (CRS), and OGC standards.

• Experience integrating GIS platforms withAWS andAzure cloud services.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Django or GeoDjango.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and API Management.

• Experience with cloud-native geospatial technologies (STAC, GeoParquet, COG, Zarr).

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Step Functions.

• Experience developing service catalogs or reusable GIS asset repositories.

• Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

• Develop and maintain enterprise geospatial applications and GIS services.

• Design and build APIs and automation solutions for GIS workflows.

• Integrate ArcGIS platforms with AWS and Azure cloud environments.

• Optimize spatial databases, map services, and geoprocessing workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, platform, and spatial data issues.

• Define and implement geospatial architecture standards and best practices.

• Develop reusable geospatial services, scripts, and components.

• Maintain a centralized catalog of reusable GIS assets.

• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable geospatial solutions.

Work Schedule:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
