Sr. Customer Service Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Answer customer inquiries concerning stock availability/delivery plans, etc.

-Handle sales contracts and orders, follow payment issues, ensure customer satisfactory through accurate and timely action

-Handle customer complaint related to sales order

-Maintain customer database and document filing

-Other ad hoc duties as required

EDUCATION:

-         College degree

MANAGEMENT:

None

QUALIFICATIONS:

-College degree, prefer major in business or relative

-Experience in customer service / order handling / management

-Team player and customer-oriented

-Proficiency in MS Office and QAD, or other ERP system
