TheOpportunity

As Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for driving serviceexcellence,supportingyourteam,andensuringcustomersreceiveexceptionaloutcomes.You'llcombinetechnicalexpertise,peopleleadership,andoperationaloversighttodeliversafe,efficient,andprofitableserviceoperations.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead,mentor,anddevelopateamofChillerTechnicians,apprentices,andsubcontractors

• Driveoperationalexcellenceacrossmaintenance,repair,retrofit,andserviceactivities

• Providesenior-leveltechnicalexpertiseonYORKChillersandrelatedHVACsystems

• Performandoverseecommissioning,troubleshooting,diagnostics,andpreventivemaintenance

• Buildstrongcustomerrelationshipsandidentifyopportunitiestoenhanceservicedelivery

• Supportserviceprojectplanning,scheduling,estimating,andresourceallocation

• Managecustomeraccountsandcontributetobusinessgrowthinitiatives

• Promoteastrongsafetycultureandensurecompliancewithcompanyandindustrystandards

• PartnerwiththeServiceTeamManagertosupportbranchperformanceandoperationalgoals

AboutYou

You'reatechnicallystrongHVACprofessionalwhoenjoysleadingfromthefront.Youtakeprideindevelopingpeople,buildingcustomerrelationships,anddeliveringhigh-qualityoutcomes.

Ideally,you'llbring:

• TradequalificationinHVAC/Refrigerationorequivalentindustryexperience

• Minimum5years'relevantindustryexperience(or7yearswithoutformalqualification)

• Strongexperienceworkingoncentrifugal,screw,orlargecommercialchillers

• Demonstratedleadershiporsupervisorycapability

• Commercialawarenessandsoundbusinessacumen

• Strongproblem-solvinganddecision-makingskills

• Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementabilities

• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeapplications

• Acommitmenttosafety,quality,andcustomerserviceexcellence
