Job SummaryĀ 

We are looking for an IGA Developer with hands-on experience implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and extending IGA platforms while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.Ā 

Ā 

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGAĀ 

  • Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and certificationsĀ 

  • Configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based applicationsĀ 

  • Design and implement Joinerā€“Moverā€“Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioningĀ 

  • Configure access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulesĀ 

  • Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIsĀ 

  • Implement RBAC models aligned with business needsĀ 

  • Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshopsĀ 

  • Provide effort estimations for implementation, customization, and support activitiesĀ 

  • Prepare andĀ maintainĀ technical and design documentationĀ

Required Skills & QualificationsĀ 

2+ years of hands-on experience in IGA implementationsĀ 

Experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint / Saviynt / Entra IGAĀ 

Ā 

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Java / J2EEĀ 

  • SQLĀ 

  • REST & SOAP APIsĀ 

  • JSONĀ 

  • Experience with Active Directory and LDAPĀ 

  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governanceĀ 

  • Experience configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and certificationsĀ 

  • Excellent communication andĀ clientā€‘interactionĀ skillsĀ
